Raise. Ace-King high raises here because the dealer shows an Ace and you hold a Jack — enough extra strength to call when the dealer's high card is one you also hold behind your Ace-King. The Ace-King-high rule: raise if (a) the dealer's up-card is 2–Queen and matches one of your cards; or (b) the up-card is an Ace or King and you hold a Queen or Jack; or (c) the up-card is unmatched, you hold a Queen, and the up-card is lower than your fourth-highest card. Otherwise fold.
