Raise. You hold a made hand (two pair or better), and in Caribbean Stud you always raise with a pair or better — the dealer's up-card doesn't matter. Caribbean Stud strategy in one line: raise with any pair or better; fold with less than Ace-King high; and with exactly Ace-King high, use the tie-breaker rules against the dealer's up-card.
