Play (1×)Any ace-high or king-high hand beats the Queen-6-4 threshold, so play. Your highest card outranks a Queen, which alone clears the cutoff regardless of your other two cards.
Note the pay-table quirk: the Queen-6-4 cutoff is optimal regardless of the Ante Bonus or Pair Plus pay tables — those side bets don't change when you should play the main hand.
